Professional Experience

• Mr. Brennan spent five years as a trial prosecutor for the Manhattan District Attorney. Since then, he has had varied trial and appellate experience, especially in the areas of ERISA and insurance benefits, small business disputes, wrongful death and personal injury, including constuction litigation.
