Ms. Matschke concentrates her practice on general liability defense, including construction law, civil litigation, insurance and personal injury. She began her career as a corporate litigator and was a member of the trial team for several landmark litigations including the libel case of Ariel Sharon vs. Time Magazine and the antitrust case entitled The USFL vs. The NFL. Her experience includes complex commercial, securities and employment litigation.
