As you know, we have been conducting business on a semi-remote basis as we weather the Covid-19 pandemic and learn a new normal. All aspects of our Firm are fully functional and the attorneys, paralegals and support staff are performing all essential tasks to insure that our legal files continue moving forward. Where appropriate, and with the consent of our clients and adversaries, we have conducted depositions and mediations via video conferencing technology. We continue to provide reports and e-mail updates regarding all significant developments and information. We are also in touch with our adversaries to exchange discovery items and to resolve discovery disputes without the need for court intervention. While the courts are presently closed to all non-essential matters, we are beginning to see the implementation of a virtual court system in which conferences and motions are being held either by video conference or phone.

Our operator will contact one of the partners who will call you back to discuss details. Simultaneously, one of our experienced attorneys will be dispatched to the scene to collect and preserve evidence, speak with witnesses and oversee all other necessary post-incident investigation. We work in tandem with an extensive panel of investigators and forensic experts and will arrange for their participation when appropriate. If the incident results in any regulatory agency involvement, we will also address any immediate compliance issues, coordinate the response to the related investigation and, when necessary, oversee the retention of other legal specialists to provide counsel.
